We are in Brittany, in Finistère, at the edge of the ocean, at the end of the world. This is the story of Jénovefa le Meur, daughter of a peasant from Plomodiern, who arrives to work in Douarnenez as a fisherwoman to join the battalion of factory workers. A story told, punctuated by the song of the sardine boats, a tool of resistance for these courageous women.
